The customer is a high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in
precision parts related. The existing staff of more than
5,000 people, factory covers an area of 330,000 square
meters, plant covers an area of 220,000 square meters,
fixed assets of RMB 1.3 billion (about 190 million U.S.
dollars), with more than 1,300 sets of advanced equipment
at home and abroad (sets), with an annual production
capacity of more than 70,000 tons of aluminum alloy die
casting products and mechanical processing annual
production capacity of more than 80 million pieces of
various aluminum alloy parts. It is a comprehensive
private enterprise integrating design, development,
aluminum alloy die casting, machining, surface treatment,
mould design and manufacture.
WIMI-CPS project includes equipment data collection, part
traceability, part machining error prevention (machining
process control), cutting tool life warning, visualization
board.
I. MDC Data Acquisition and Analysis Software Module
One of the customer's automatic line machining
equipment is Muye J4, J5 horizontal plus with Jin Shi
automation system to produce gearbox body. WIMICPS-MDC
monitors the equipment's operating status, operating
parameters, alarm messages, production information and
other key data in the production process, such as
equipment crop rate, equipment operating efficiency and
failure rate, in real time. It effectively increases the
productivity of CNC equipment and improves equipment
management at shop floor level, with a corresponding
reduction in operator irregularities, reducing the number
of rejects and improving the accuracy of planning
execution.
II. Parts Traceability Module
The traceability of the parts production process is
crucial to the automotive parts production industry,
establishing a quality and safety traceability system for
automotive parts, realizing the full life-cycle management
of products and defective product recalls by parts and
automotive manufacturers, and eliminating the occurrence
of counterfeit and shoddy auto parts. In response to this
demand, WIMI CPS-ProTract controls the materials,
equipment, and equipment error-proofing during the
production process, in order to further improve the
quality and efficiency of the products produced.
III. Intelligent Workshop Visualization
The project is a typical promotion project for the
industry. We have also achieved an information connection
for this intelligent workshop to remotely monitor and
manage the workshop production department at the
enterprise management level. It allows the enterprise
manager to understand the workshop processing status
remotely and also shows the scientific production strength
for the customer's clients to trust more.
