Basic equipment data collection
For the core data collection of intelligent manufacturing,
a production line of the customer realized the
visualization of equipment status, operation parameters
and alarm information of the production line, completed
the efficiency statistics of various states of equipment
related to automatic line truss to machine tool, and
completed the processing and analysis of the whole alarm
information.
Equipment cutting tool life monitoring alerts
The cutting tool life monitor helps the production line to
achieve the early warning value of the cutting tool,
notifying the tool dispenser in time and improving the
response time on site, thus ensuring the quality of the
processed products and improving the product yield.
Work order integration between ERP and MDC
The existing work order module in the MDC system is
integrated with the customer's ERP. When the ERP
issues a production task to the MDC system, the MDC will
decompose the production task and dispatch it to each
equipment on the production line, and provide real-time
feedback to the ERP on the progress of the task completion
in real time to achieve information sharing and avoid
information silos. This ensures accurate and real-time
feedback of tasks and data from the ERP side to each
link.
Integration of MDC with SPC
The integration with the SPC system makes up for the lag
in SPC analysis, which also provides relevant data
monitoring on the inspection side, allowing management to
know in the MDC system when the inspection was carried out
and the inspection data corresponding to the inspection
time. This greatly improves the qualification rate of
components and provides timely feedback to site personnel
in the event of quality problems. The quality stability of
the components is ensured.
