year, we started the "CNC machining center
collaborative intelligent manufacturing management system
project" in cooperation with Huawei Cloud, Weiming
and Tuoyou, hoping to work closely to promote the
implementation of this intelligent manufacturing project,
realize the analysis of the whole manufacturing process of
the company's CNC machining center, and promote
complete closed-loop quality management, Realize

Zuo said that in 2021, the company will establish a new CNC machining center business department. The project mainly connects the Yonyou U8 system and Weiming IOT system, realizes the analysis of the whole manufacturing process of the company, promotes the complete closed-loop quality management, and automatically extracts and uploads data from the device end to the cloud platform through software. Through the large screen, you can see the productivity The operation, operation parameters, alarm information and personnel performance realize the tracking and reporting mechanism of the production process, turn the post event reporting into controllable and predictable in advance, save costs, improve production efficiency, reduce the risk of errors, and provide digital decision-making basis for the subsequent management focus.
